How much notice do you need to clear a house?
We like at least 48 hours' notice, although most people book a week or two ahead. If you have an urgent deadline, such as a sudden house sale, tell us when you get in touch and we will do our best to help. We never promise same-day service, because we would rather do the job properly.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. Quotes are free and carry no obligation. The quickest way to get an accurate figure is to send photos of each room, the loft, garage or garden by WhatsApp on 07898 719 509, or use the quote form on this site. We can also arrange a visit if you would prefer someone to see the property.
What time will the team arrive, and how long does it take?
We aim to arrive at 9am on the day of your clearance. A regular three-bedroom house usually takes about three to four hours, although this depends on how much is inside, access, stairs and parking. We will give you a realistic idea when we quote.
What happens to the items you clear?
We sort everything. Usable items are donated to charity or reused, metals and other materials are recycled, and whatever is left goes to licensed recycling centres and waste facilities. Our aim is always to recycle or donate as much as possible. If you have any other questions, call or WhatsApp 07898 719 509 and we will be glad to help.
Can you clear a property if I cannot be there?
Yes. If you cannot attend, we can collect the keys from your solicitor, estate agent or a neighbour, and return them once the property has been cleared. Many families who live far away use this option. Our team is happy to talk through your situation and suggest the simplest way forward.
